Pousada Victoria Villa By Nacional Inn - A 800 metros da Vila Capivari

Very charming Hotel/Inn within walking distance from the busy Capivari. We booked a standard room online here at Booking.com and upon our ~2 hours early arrival at the hotel, not only the staff were able to accommodate the early check-in but also gave us a room upgrade (larger and view to the valley) at no additional cost. What a pleasant surprise! Speaking of the staff, they are simply the best: courteous, informative, and prestative to any of our inquiries, either about the hotel or the city. The breakfast is outstanding with a great variety of options that certainly suit everyone's palate. The breakfast room is charming but small, so the hotel divides the serving hours into four 45-minute slots that you can choose from upon your check-in. What may be seen as inconvenience to someone I perceive as a great way for the staff to keep up replenishing the food (always freshly made) and for guests to peacefully enjoy their first meal without having to fight crowds at peak times. But no worries, if you miss your predefined slot, they will not prevent you from attending a different time... 😉

The place is very cute, very clean. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast has a vast variety. Beautiful and delicious!!!
